The invention aims at solving problems that anti-slip efficiency of train sets in each yard of a railway is low, vehicle turnaround effectiveness is affected, and potential safety hazards exist, and the invention discloses technical equipment for realizing efficient anti-slip and anti-theft effects of iron shoes through an artificial intelligence technology. An iron shoe robot mainly comprises seven parts of an iron shoe main body framework, an iron shoe front leg, an iron shoe rear leg, an iron shoe anti-theft lock, an iron shoe sensory module, an iron shoe energy supply charging module and an iron shoe control module. According to a working principle of the iron shoe robot, the iron shoe control module is mainly used for recognizing and processing information received by the remote control receiving module and the iron shoe sensory module so as to make the iron shoe front leg, the iron shoe rear leg and the iron shoe anti-theft lock accurately and quickly act so that iron shoe anti-slip operation is efficiently completed, and the iron shoe anti-theft effect is achieved. Power of the iron shoe front leg, the iron shoe rear leg and the iron shoe anti-theft lock is provided by a lithium battery in the iron shoe energy supply module, and the iron shoe charging module can achieve automatic detection of an electric quantity and charging through special charging equipment.
本发明针对铁路各车场车列实施防溜效率低下,影响车辆周转时效,存在安全隐患的问题,公布了一款通过人工智能技术实现铁鞋高效防溜防盗的技术设备,本发明铁鞋机器人主要由铁鞋主体构架、铁鞋前腿、铁鞋后腿、铁鞋防盗锁、铁鞋感官模块、铁鞋供能充电模块、铁鞋控制模块七部分组成。铁鞋机器人工作原理主要由铁鞋控制模块通过对遥控接收模块和铁鞋感官模块接收到的信息进行识别处理,进而控制铁鞋前腿、铁鞋后腿、铁鞋防盗锁进行准确快速的动作,以高效完成铁鞋防溜作业,并达到实现铁鞋防盗的效果。铁鞋前腿、铁鞋后腿、铁鞋防盗锁的动力由铁鞋供能模块中的锂电池提供,铁鞋充电模块可以通过专用充电设备实现自动检测电量并充电。
