According to the working principle of the iron shoe robot supporting system, electric energy is mainly provided by the iron shoe walking vehicle control module, and coordinated control is conducted on actions of an iron shoe walking vehicle lifter, an iron shoe walking vehicle, an iron shoe horizontal pushing frame and an iron shoe walking lock; the iron shoe walking vehicle lifter can automatically move to the ground from the iron shoe box under the foundation through the iron shoe walking vehicle lifter, interlocking and separation of the iron shoe walking vehicle lifter and an iron shoe walking vehicle are achieved through the iron shoe walking lock, the iron shoe robot on an iron shoe loader is conveyed to a steel rail through an iron shoe horizontal pushing frame, and finally the iron shoe walking vehicle returns to the iron shoe box along the original path.
本发明针对铁路各车场车列实施防溜效率低下,影响车辆周转时效,存在安全隐患的问题,公布了一款通过人工智能技术控制铁鞋机器人配套系统完成铁鞋机器人自动实施防溜的技术设备,本发明铁鞋机器人配套系统工作原理主要由铁鞋走行车控制模块提供电能并对铁鞋走行车升降器、铁鞋走行车、铁鞋平推架、铁鞋走行锁的动作进行协调控制,使其能够自行从地基下的铁鞋箱内通过铁鞋走行车升降器运动至地面,通过铁鞋走行锁实现铁鞋走行车升降器与铁鞋走行车的联锁和分离,通过铁鞋平推架将铁鞋装载器上的铁鞋机器人送至钢轨上,最后铁鞋走行车原路返回至铁鞋箱。
