The invention discloses a manufacture method for tread rubber with low rolling resistance. The manufacture method comprises the following steps of: mixing a rubber material by a serial mixing way to obtain master batch; and after the master batch, a vulcanizing agent and an accelerant are mixed, carrying out vulcanization to obtain the tread rubber, wherein the rubber material comprises the following ingredients: 100 parts by weight of rubber ingredients, carbon black, 60-120 parts by weight of silicon dioxide, silicon dioxide dispersant, processing oil, a silane coupling agent, plasticizer, an active agent and an anti-ageing ingredients, and the silicon dioxide dispersant is a mixture of saturated zinc fatty acid soap and unsaturated zinc fatty acid soap. Under a situation that rubber ingredients and a silicon dioxide structure are not changed, the dispersibility of the silicon dioxide in rubber materials can be increased, rubber machinability is improved, and meanwhile, the abrasiveresistance, the ground gripping properties and the like of a tire can be greatly improved. In addition, the manufacture method has a low cost and is favorable for industrial application.

    本发明提供了一种低滚阻的胎面胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将橡胶物料采用串联密炼的方式进行混炼,得到母胶;将所述母胶、硫化剂与促进剂混合后进行硫化,得到胎面胶;所述橡胶物料包括如下组分:橡胶组分、炭黑、二氧化硅、二氧化硅分散剂、加工油、硅烷偶联剂、增塑剂、活性剂和老防组分;所述橡胶物料中橡胶组分为100重量份,二氧化硅为60~120重量份;所述二氧化硅分散剂为饱和及不饱和脂肪酸锌皂混合物。在不改变橡胶组分和二氧化硅结构的情况下,本发明可增加二氧化硅于胶料中的分散性,提升了橡胶加工性,同时使轮胎的耐磨性、抓地性等均大幅提升,并且本发明成本较低,利于工业化应用。
