The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment and discloses a hoisting mechanism for carrying round steel. The hoisting mechanism comprises a left clamping arm and a right clamping arm; the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are movably connected through a connecting hinge pin; a V shaped fixture block is arranged on the inner side of the bottom end of each of the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm; a support clamping seat is fixedly mounted at the top end of each of the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm; and an arc shaped connecting rod is fixedly connected into the support clamping seat. According to the hoisting mechanism, through arranging the left clamping arm, the right clamping arm and a movable chuck, upward sliding of the movablechuck is effectively utilized to enable the tops of the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to be strutted towards the outer side by taking the connecting hinge pin as the rotary center, sothat the V shaped fixture blocks are further driven to move towards the inner side to clamp round steel billets. Compared with the existing hoisting mechanism, the hoisting mechanism can automaticallyclamp the round steel billets while being stressed during the hoisting process, and is convenient to use, simple to control and higher in round steel billet hoisting efficiency.
本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于圆形钢材搬运的吊装机构,包括左卡臂和右卡臂,左卡臂和右卡臂之间通过连接销轴活动连接,且左卡臂和右卡臂底端的内侧均设有V型卡块,左卡臂和右卡臂的顶端均固定安装有支撑卡座,支撑卡座的内部固定连接有弧形连杆。该用于圆形钢材搬运的吊装机构,通过左卡臂和右卡臂以及活动卡盘的设置,可以有效的利用活动卡盘的向上滑动而促使左卡臂和右卡臂的顶部以连接销轴为旋转中心向外侧撑开,进而带动V型卡块向内侧移动来卡紧圆钢胚料,与现有的吊装机构相比,在其吊装受力的同时可以自动的夹紧圆钢胚料,使用方便操控简单并且对于圆钢胚料的吊装效率较高。
