The invention discloses a bus lane dynamic control method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting bus information of a road section, needing to be dynamically controlled, of a bus lane; judging whether the road section is in a special forced opening time period or not; if yes, opening a bus lane, and terminating the process; then, the full load rates of all buses passing through the road section within 15 minutes are collected, and the average full load rate is calculated according to the full load rates; when the average full load rate is greater than or equal to 50% ofthe average full load rate of the peak hour of the whole day, continuing to execute the subsequent steps; and finally, collecting the number of the buses passing through the road section within 15 minutes, and calculating the average departure interval of the buses passing through the road section. When the average departure interval is less than or equal to 1.5 times of the average departure shift of the peak hour of the whole day, opening a bus lane; otherwise, shutdown. According to the application of the method, the bus passing requirements and the number of passengers on the bus lane canbe identified more accurately, and the travel efficiency in the commuting period is considered.

    本发明公开了公交专用道动态控制方法;步骤如下:首先,对公交专用道需要实现动态控制的路段的公交信息进行采集;判断路段是否位于专用强制开启时间段内;是,则开启公交专用道,并终止流程;然后,收集15分钟内通过路段的所有公交车的满载率,并根据满载率计算平均满载率;当平均满载率大于等于全日最高峰小时的平均满载率的50%时,继续执行后续步骤;最后,收集15分钟内通过路段的公交车的数量,并计算通过路段的公交车的平均发车间隔;当平均发车间隔小于等于全日最高峰小时的平均发车班次的1.5倍时,开启公交专用道;否,则关闭。本发明的应用能够更加精准识别公交专用道上公交车通行需求及乘客数量,并兼顾通勤时段出行效率。
