The invention provides a box opening method for a megawatt high-tonnage wind power casting. The box opening method comprises the following steps that a cover box is hoisted out of a pit through a travelling crane, and a sand box is opened; then cooling is conducted, and a riser of a casting body is cooled to 100 DEG C or below; then the casting body is hoisted to a designated position through thetravelling crane; and then the bottom box is hoisted out of the pit, so that the separated hoisting box opening method is realized. According to the box opening method for the megawatt high-tonnage wind power casting, box opening can be completed through hoisting within the load range of the travelling crane, the time for cleaning sand in the pit can be greatly saved, and the casting efficiency isimproved.

    本发明提供一种兆瓦级高吨位风电铸件的开箱方法,包括以下步骤,先通过行车将盖箱从地坑中吊运出去,打开砂箱;然后冷却,使铸件本体的冒口冷却100℃以下;接着利用行车将所述铸件本体吊运至指定位置;再将底箱从地坑吊运出去,由此实现分离式吊运的开箱方法。本发明公开的开箱方法既能在行车的载荷范围内吊运完成开箱,又能大大节约了清理地坑内砂子的时间,提高了铸造效率。
