The invention discloses a lifting system of an intelligent climbing-free device of a wind turbine generator tower and a control method thereof, and belongs to the field of auxiliary equipment of windgenerating sets. An openable platform cover plate for the climb-free device to pass through is mounted on the wind turbine tower. The lifting system comprises a controller, a monitoring device, a driving device and an electric control system, and the driving device comprises a platform driving motor for driving the climb-free device and a cover plate driving motor for driving the platform cover plate to open and close. The monitoring device comprises a proximity sensor, an acceleration sensor and a temperature sensor. The controller is used for judging whether the operation trend of the climbing-free device and the temperature of the driving device are abnormal or not according to monitoring data of the monitoring device. The electric control system is used for providing power distributionand electrical protection. According to the invention, a plurality of sensors are arranged, and a control program is correspondingly configured in combination with a feedback signal, so that the controller can master the state of the climb-free device in the operation process, and the lifting, starting and stopping of the climb-free device can be controlled more accurately and intelligently.
本发明公开了一种风电机组塔架的智能免爬器的升降系统及其控制方法,属于风力发电机组的辅助设备领域,所述风电机组塔架上安装有用于免爬器通过的可开合的平台盖板,升降系统包括控制器、监测装置、驱动装置和电控系统,其中:驱动装置包括用于驱动免爬器的平台驱动电机和用于驱动平台盖板开合的盖板驱动电机;监测装置包括接近传感器、加速度传感器和温度传感器;控制器用于根据监测装置的监测数据判断免爬器的运行趋势和驱动装置的温度是否异常;电控系统用于提供配电和电气保护。本发明通过在设置多个传感器,同时结合反馈的信号相应地配置控制程序,能使控制器掌握免爬器运行过程中的状态,更加精确地、智能地对免爬器的升降、启停进行控制。
