The invention discloses a wind turbine splittable type climbing-free device lifting platform and a climbing-free device comprising the same. The wind turbine splittable type climbing-free device lifting platform comprises a left side plate, a right side plate, a plurality of connecting devices and idler wheel devices; the left side plate and the right side plate are horizontally arranged side by side and are integrally connected through the connecting devices; the idler wheel devices are fixedly connected with the reverse sides of the left side plate and the right side plate; and a steel wirerope penetrates through the idler wheel devices to drive the left side plate and the right side plate to go up and down. When the climbing-free device breaks down or in an emergency circumstance, an operating and maintaining staff can rapidly dismantle the lifting platforms into two parts without using a tool to leave a ladder climbing space, so that the operating and maintaining staff can smoothly climb to enter and exit an engine room.
