The invention provides a degassing device. The degassing device comprises a water tank and a negative-pressure tank; a plurality of mutually independent water storage cavities are formed in the watertank; a low liquid level sensor is arranged at the lower part of the inner wall of each water storage cavity; a water inflow branch pipe and a water pumping branch pipe are arranged at the top of eachwater storage cavity; a water inflow branch pipe electric valve and a water pumping branch pipe electric valve are respectively arranged on each water inflow branch pipe and water pumping branch pipe; the water inflow branch pipes are communicated with a water inflow pipe; the water pumping branch pipes are communicated with a water pumping pipe; the water pumping pipe is arranged on the upper portion of the side wall of the negative-pressure tank; an exhaust port is formed in the top of the negative-pressure tank; a negative-pressure exhaust valve is arranged on the exhaust port; a water outflow pipe is arranged on the side wall of the negative-pressure tank; and a vacuum pump is arranged on the water outflow pipe; the low liquid level sensors, the water inflow branch pipe electric valves, the water pumping branch pipe electric valves and the vacuum pump are all electrically connected with a control panel. According to the device, seawater in each water storage cavity can be degassedin sequence, so that continuous supply of degassed seawater can be realized, a large number of bubbles can be prevented from entering a seawater booster pump, so that the automatic shutdown of user equipment and inconvenience to ship users can be avoided.
本发明提供一种脱气装置,包括水箱和负压罐,水箱上设有多个相互独立的储水腔,每个储水腔的内壁下部均设有低液位传感器,且每个储水腔顶部均设有进水分管和抽水分管,进水分管和抽水分管上分别设有进水分管电动阀和抽水分管电动阀,进水分管均与进水管连通,抽水分管均与抽水管连通,抽水管设置在负压罐侧壁的上部,负压罐顶部设有排气口,排气口上设有负压排气阀,负压罐侧壁还设有出水管,该出水管上设有真空泵,低液位传感器、进水分管电动阀、抽水分管电动阀、真空泵均与控制面板电联接。本发明装置可依次对各个储水腔内的海水进行脱气,实现脱气海水的持续供给,防止大量气泡进入海水增压泵造成用户设备自动停机,给船舶用户造成不便。
