The invention discloses a brake magnetic pole structure for a linear eddy current brake device. The transformer comprises an iron core, an insulating layer, a coil, a supporting layer, a fixing ribbon, a binding post and a packaging layer, a plurality of grooves in the axial direction are formed in the periphery of the iron core at intervals, the insulating layer wraps the periphery of the iron core, the fixing ribbon is fixed in the grooves of the iron core, and the coil is wound around the periphery of the insulating layer and used for generating magnetomotive force after being powered on; and the coil is tightened by the fixing ribbons, and the coil, the insulating layer and the supporting layer are fixed together and kept in the periphery of the iron core. According to the invention, the rectangular grooves in the periphery of the iron core are used for placing and fixing the ribbon, so that the aluminum flat wire has more winding space, the groove fullness rate is improved, and the ampere-turns number is increased. The number of ampere turns can be increased by 4%, the braking force can be increased by 0.4%, and the braking force caused by reduction of the sectional area of the iron core is reduced to 0.2%, so that the braking force is increased by 0.2%. The rated power of a brake magnetic pole is about 3.2 kW, the maximum magnetomotive force is 21.7 kA, and the requirements of a new generation of maglev train are met.

    本发明线性涡流制动装置用制动磁极结构,包括:铁芯、绝缘层、线圈、支撑层、固定扎带、接线柱和封装层,铁芯的外围间隔设有若干轴向方向的沟槽,绝缘层包裹于铁芯外围,将固定扎带固定于铁芯的沟槽内,线圈绕设于绝缘层外围,通电后用于产生磁动势;固定扎带扎紧线圈,将线圈、绝缘层和支撑层固定在一起并保持在铁芯的外围。本发明是通过在铁芯外围的矩形沟槽来放置固定扎带,使铝扁线有更多的缠绕空间,提高槽满率,增加安匝数。安匝数可增加4%,制动力可增加0.4%,铁芯截面积减小所造成的制动力减小为0.2%,因此制动力净增0.2%。本发明制动磁极额定功率约为3.2kW,磁动势最大为21.7kA,满足新一代磁悬浮列车的要求。
