The invention discloses a shock pad for an air conditioner electric compressor of a new energy automobile. The shock pad comprises a shock absorption part made of a natural rubber material, a hollow through hole, a shaft sleeve and a mounting clamping groove. The shock absorption part is made of natural rubber with a hollow interior; the shaft sleeve penetrates through the hollow through hole, andthe diameter of the end face of the hollow through hole is larger than that of the shaft sleeve. A groove I and a groove II are radially and annularly formed in the outer circumferential surface of the damping part. When the invention is used, the manufacturing process is simple, installation is convenient, the structure is reliable, and the damping effect is obvious.
