The invention discloses a charging load aggregation scheduling control method based on a scheduling instruction. The method comprises the steps: creating a charging cluster and setting a control strategy for the cluster; receiving and verifying a scheduling instruction issued by a scheduling center, calculating an adjustment amount required by the instruction, and determining an adjustment mode; dividing the charging cluster, and solving a load target value of each cluster according to the adjustment mode, the adjustment quantity, the current load of the cluster and a cluster control strategy;and solving an output power target value of each terminal in the cluster according to the cluster load target value and the state of each charging terminal, and issuing the output power target valueto the terminal to adjust the output power. Classified management of resources is realized, the scheduling difficulty is simplified, the charging requirement of the user is met through the control strategy, and orderly charging of the electric vehicle according to the scheduling instruction can be realized.
本发明公开基于调度指令的充电负荷聚合调度控制方法,创建充电集群并为集群设定控制策略;接收并校验调度中心下发的调度指令,计算出指令所要求的调节量并确定调节方式;划分充电集群,依所述调节方式和调节量及集群当前负荷、集群控制策略,求解各集群的负荷目标值;依所述集群负荷目标值及各充电终端状态求解集群内各终端的输出功率目标值,并下发给终端调节其输出功率。本申请实现对资源的分类管理,简化调度难度,且通过控制策略满足用户充电要求,能够实现电动汽车依调度指令的有序充电。
