The invention discloses an assembly structure and an assembly method of an automobile skylight. The assembly structure comprises a glass plate and a mechanical set capable of moving along a guide rail. When the mechanical set moves along the guide rail, a glass plate is driven to move between an opening position and a closing position, the glass plate is connected with the mechanical set through adjusting screws, the adjusting screws comprise a front screw, a middle screw and a rear screw, when the glass plate is at the closing position, the front screw is exposed out of the front end of the guide rail, the rear screw is exposed out of the rear end of the guide rail, and the middle screw is shielded by the guide rail; and when the glass plate is at the opening position, the middle screw isexposed from the upper part of the guide rail. According to the invention, the front screw and the rear screw can be directly screwed by using tools without forming holes in the guide rail, so that the process cost is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved; moreover, the smoothness of the guide rail surface is ensured, the abrasion of the mechanical set in the movement process is reduced, and the abnormal sound of the skylight in the sliding process is avoided.
本发明公开了一种汽车天窗的装配结构及装配方法,装配结构包括玻璃板和可沿导轨运动的机械组,当机械组沿所述导轨运动时,带动玻璃板在打开位置和关闭位置间运动,所述玻璃板通过调整螺钉与所述机械组相连接,所述调整螺钉包括前部螺钉、中部螺钉和后部螺钉,当玻璃板在关闭位置时,所述前部螺钉从所述导轨的前端露出,所述后部螺钉从所述导轨的后端露出,所述中部螺钉被所述导轨遮挡;当玻璃板在打开位置时,所述中部螺钉从导轨的上方露出。本发明不用在导轨上开孔,就可以直接使用工具拧紧前部螺钉和后部螺钉,不但降低了工艺成本,提高了装配效率;而且保证了导轨面的光滑,降低了机械组运动过程中的磨损,避免了天窗滑动过程中的异响。
