The invention discloses a novel method for controlling complete-vehicle vibration comfort of a commercial vehicle, which comprises the steps that an acceleration excitation signal sequentially subjected to vibration reduction of a vehicle frame suspension and a cab suspension is obtained through an acceleration sensor arranged on a complete vehicle; the acceleration sensor transmits the acceleration excitation signal to a trip computer; the trip computer outputs an instruction for controlling inflation and deflation of a seat airbag according to the acceleration excitation signal; the seat airbag executes the inflation and deflation instruction to perform inflation or deflation action; the seat air bag counteracts seat displacement changed by the acceleration excitation signal, and the position of the seat is kept unchanged. The problem of vibration reduction delay caused by the fact that the response time of a traditional seat airbag cannot be synchronously executed with vibration excitation transmitted to the seat from a road surface is effectively solved, the vibration reduction effect of the airbag seat is greatly improved, and the riding comfort of the seat is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型商用车整车振动舒适性控制方法,通过设置在整车上的加速度传感器获取依次经过车架悬架、驾驶室悬置减振后的加速度激励信号;加速度传感器将加速度激励信号传输至行车电脑;行车电脑依据加速度激励信号输出控制座椅气囊充放气指令;座椅气囊执行充放气指令,进行充气或放气动作;座椅气囊抵消加速度激励信号改变的座椅位移,保持座椅位置不变。本发明有效解决传统座椅气囊响应时间无法与路面传递到座椅上振动激励同步执行带来的减振延迟问题,大幅度提升气囊座椅的减振效果,改善座椅乘坐舒适性。
