The invention relates to a new energy pure electric and hybrid power vehicle driving technical method, and particularly relates to a vehicle wheel type engine driving brake sealing heat dissipation structure and method. According to the invention, a novel wheel type engine direct drive scheme is created mainly around a vehicle engine sealing heat dissipation system and a mechanical brake system; the unique advantages of wheel drive of the vehicle and the safety performance requirement of the high-speed vehicle are combined; and the air cooling and water cooling heat dissipation concepts of theconventional engine are effectively fused, and a unique H-shaped stator and rotor combined fixed caliper disc type braking and parking braking scheme is provided. The characteristic of a unique funnel-shaped hollow shaft, the scheme of being positioned, connected and matched with a vehicle suspension structure and the scheme of positioning and movably connecting with an E-shaped outer rotor withthe shaft through a bearing determine the depth expansion and development direction of the driving technology in the future. The unique half-shaft two-way or reverse driving characteristic of the wheel type engine solves the energy-saving and heat-dissipating problems which always trouble the high speed or braking of a wheel driving vehicle.
