The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, and particularly relates to a heat dissipation sealing structure for an electric vehicle charger. The heat dissipation sealing structure comprises a shell; a rectangular concave groove body is dug in the middle of the top face of the shell; a hinge is welded to the left side of the inner wall of the groove body; the other end of the hinge is fixedly connected with a fixing block; a ring-opening-shaped hoop is formed at the right end of the fixing block; and two sets of ring blocks are symmetrically formed in an opening in the right end of the hoop. According to the invention, during charging, the fixing block is turned from a transverse state to a vertical state by rotating the hinge; then the hoop is clamped correspondingto the lower vehicle rod of a vehicle seat; a second screw rod is rotated to close the fixing block; the hoop is fixed to the vehicle rod, and heat dissipation holes face the ground; the whole shell is shielded by the vehicle seat, so that it is difficult for rain or water splashed by water flow to enter the shell through the heat dissipation holes; heat dissipation in the shell is guaranteed, meanwhile, the waterproofness of the shell is improved; and the charger can be fixed to the vehicle rod when not used and is convenient to carry.

    本发明涉及电动车技术领域,具体为一种电动车充电器用散热密封结构,包括壳体,所述壳体顶面中部开凿有矩形凹陷状的槽体,所述槽体内壁左侧焊接有铰链,所述铰链另一端固定连接有固定块,所述固定块右端成型有圆环开口状的环箍,所述环箍右端开口处对称成型有环块,且环块为两组。本发明当充电时将转动铰链将固定块由横向状转向竖直状,再将环箍对应车座下车杆卡合,并转动第二螺杆使得固定块闭合,使得环箍固定于车杆上,使得散热孔朝向面向地面,且壳体整体被车座所遮挡,使得下雨或者水流迸溅的水流难以通过散热孔进入壳体内,保证了壳体内散热的同时提高其防水性,且充电器闲置可固定于车杆,便于携带。
