The invention relates to the technical field of harbor machinery, in particular to an anti-climbing device with wind-resistant and anti-skid detection functions. The anti-climbing device comprises anopening and closing mechanism, a rail clamping mechanism, a wedge-shaped frame mechanism, a bracket, rollers and a trapezoidal frame fixedly mounted on a lower cross beam of a harbor machine, whereinthe trapezoidal frame is connected to the upper part of the opening and closing mechanism, the opening and closing mechanism is connected with the rail clamping mechanism, the bracket is connected with the rail clamping mechanism, the wedge-shaped frame mechanism and the rollers, and the trapezoidal frame is provided with a wind power detection device and a record display device which is in communication connection with the wind power detection device. The wind resistance of the harbor machine along the track direction can be accurately measured, the wind resistance state of a crane can be recorded and displayed in real time, and data support is provided for wind resistance and skid resistance strategy making of the harbor machine and research and development of a windproof device.
