The invention discloses an anti-skid and anti-overturning intelligent wall climbing device. The device comprises a mounting frame, driving systems, transmission systems, a plurality of magnetic adsorption assemblies and a control system, and the two driving systems correspondingly drive the transmission systems under the control of the control system; the two transmission systems are both a chain wheel and chain transmission system; the plurality of magnetic adsorption assemblies are respectively connected with chains in the transmission systems and can be adsorbed on the inner wall of a cabin; and two sides of the mounting frame are respectively connected with a fixed chain wheel and chain transmission system. The anti-skid and anti-overturning intelligent wall climbing device can move on the inner wall of the cargo hold, can carry a high-pressure water gun, and replaces manual work to complete cargo hold cleaning work.

    本发明公开一种防滑防倾覆智能爬壁装置,包括安装框架,驱动系统,传动系统,若干磁力吸附组件,控制系统组成,驱动系统为两个,分别在控制系统的控制下对应驱动传动系统;传动系统为两个,分别为链轮链条传动系统;若干磁力吸附组件分别与传动系统中的链条连接一起,可吸附于船舱内壁;安装框架的两侧分别连接固定链轮链条传动系统。本发明提出的防滑防倾覆智能爬壁装置可以在货舱内壁移动,可以携带高压水枪,代替人工完成货舱清洗的工作。
