The invention puts forward a large-tolerance capturing, locking and releasing mechanism of a floating platform. Four capturing heads are hinged to the upper portion of a capturing head connecting bodyof the mechanism. A ball body is arranged below the capturing head connecting body; the ball body is matched with a ball socket of the ball socket body below the ball body; the periphery of the capturing head connecting body and the periphery of the ball socket body are sleeved with pose retaining springs; an ejector rod is arranged in the capturing head connecting body; a slideway is arranged inthe capture head connecting body; the ejector rod is located below the capturing head and moves up and down along the slideway; a micro motor is connected to the slideway of the capturing head connecting body and drives the ejector rod to move upwards through the lead screw; the small-diameter portion of the lower end of the ball socket body is sleeved with a disc spring assembly; a sleeve is installed outside the disc spring assembly; and a power source structure is installed outside the sleeve. The problem that a locking and releasing mechanism cannot complete unmanned automatic capturing and locking and releasing, has no installation error adaptive capacity and is not reliable in locking is solved, and the mechanism has a certain range of installation error adaptive capacity, is reliable in locking and has reliable force load maintaining capacity in the whole locking process.

    本发明提出一种浮动平台大容差捕获及锁紧释放机构,该机构的捕获头连接体上方铰接有四个捕获头,捕获头连接体下方为一球体,球体与位于其下方的球窝体球窝配合,捕获头连接体与球窝体外周套有位姿保持弹簧,捕获头连接体内设置有顶杆,捕获头连接体内置有滑道,顶杆位于捕获头下方且沿滑道上下运动,微型电机连接于捕获头连接体滑道上,且通过丝杠驱动顶杆向上移动,球窝体下端细径外套有碟簧组件,碟簧组件外安装有套筒,套筒外安装有动力源结构。解决了紧缩释放机构无法完成无人参与的自动化捕获和锁释,且没有安装误差适应能力,锁紧不可靠的问题,本发明具有一定范围安装误差适应能力、锁紧可靠及在锁紧过程全流程具有可靠的力载保持能力。
