The invention discloses a method for dismantling a tower crane in a narrow space. The tower crane comprises a big tower crane and a small tower crane; the mounting height of the small tower crane is less than that of the big tower crane; and a turning radius of a small tower crane arm rod is less than a distance between the two tower cranes. The method comprises the following dismantling steps: I,increasing an arm rod length on the basis of the basic length of the small tower crane; II, increasing the height of the small tower crane, reducing the height of the big tower and dismantling a bigtower arm rod by the small tower crane; III, self-descending and dismantling a big tower crane body; IV, reducing the height of the small tower crane and self-discharging balancing weight; V, dismantling the small tower crane arm rod section by section in the air by a self-dismantling device until the basic length; VI, self-descending and dismantling the small tower crane body together with the arm rod with the basic length; and VII, disassembling the small tower crane arm rod with the basic length on the ground and dismantling. By the method, the large tower crane can be dismantled in the narrow space, and low construction difficulty, easiness in control and high safety are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种狭窄空间内塔吊拆除的方法,所述塔吊包括一台大塔吊和一台小塔吊,所述小塔吊安装高度低于大塔吊,且小塔吊臂杆回转半径小于两台塔吊的间距,拆除步骤包括:步骤一、在小塔吊基本长度的基础上增加臂杆长度;步骤二、升高小塔吊高度,降低大塔吊高度,利用小塔吊拆除大塔吊臂杆;步骤三、大塔吊塔体自降拆除;步骤四、降低小塔吊高度并自卸平衡重;步骤五、利用自解体装置将小塔吊臂杆逐段空中拆除至基本长度;步骤六、小塔吊塔体连带基本长度的臂杆自降拆除;步骤七、小塔吊基本长度臂杆地面解体拆除。该方法可以实现狭窄空间内大体型塔吊的拆除,且施工难度低、易于操控、安全性高。
