The invention provides a dismantling process of a tower crane structure on a construction site, which is characterized in that auxiliary dismantling equipment is mounted at an adjacent position of the tower crane structure so as to dismantle the tower crane structure, so that the safety and the dismantling efficiency in the dismantling process are improved, and particularly, the dismantling efficiency is improved. Firstly, a horizontal hoisting assembly of the tower crane structure is dismantled through auxiliary dismantling equipment; and then the supporting and bearing assembly of the tower crane structure is dismantled through auxiliary dismantling equipment, and dismantling of the whole tower crane is completed.

    本发明提供本发明提出了一种塔吊结构施工现场的拆除工艺,通过在塔吊结构的相邻位置安装辅助拆除设备,以对塔吊结构进行拆除,进而提高拆除过程的安全性以及拆除的效率,具体地,先利用辅助拆除设备拆除塔吊结构的水平起吊组件;然后在利用辅助拆除设备拆除塔吊结构的支撑承重组件,已完成对整个塔吊的拆除。
