The invention relates to the technical field of liquid organic hydride catalytic hydrogen production, in particular to a vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system and method based on a hollow fiber membrane microreactor, and the vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system comprises a hydrogen oil-oil storage tank, the hollow fiber membrane microreactor, a cooling system and a fuel cell system; the hollowfiber membrane microreactor comprises a reaction unit and a separation unit, wherein the reaction unit comprises a plurality of array reaction tubes and an electromagnetic heating module, hollow fibertubes with dehydrogenation catalysts loaded in cavities are assembled in the array reaction tubes, and cavities between the outer tube surfaces of the two ends of each hollow fiber tube and the innersurfaces of the array reaction tubes are of a sealed structure; and a Pd film or a Pd/Ag film is plated on the outer surface of the middle section of the hollow fiber tube. The vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system is ingenious in design, compact in structure, high in raw material utilization rate, capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly, compatible with existing energy infrastructures, free of a large amount of investment and wider in application range.
