The invention provides a line-driven continuous bionic robotic dolphin. The dolphin comprises a head part, a belly part and a tail part, wherein a driving module and a steering module are arranged inthe belly part, and each of the driving module and the steering module comprises a spine, a steering engine, a steering wheel and a transmission line. The dolphin is advantaged in that the steering engine of the driving module and the steering engine of the steering module rotate to drive a steering wheel to deflect, the steering wheel deflects to drive a transmission line to act, the transmissionline acts to drive a spine to move up and down and left and right, and then three-dimensional motion of the line-driven continuous bionic robotic dolphin is achieved.
