The invention relates to a turbulent flow device in a pipeline. The turbulent flow device comprises an outer ring assembly, an inner ring assembly and a turbulent flow assembly fixedly arranged between the outer ring assembly and the inner ring assembly. The outer ring assembly comprises at least two outer ring bodies. The turbulent flow assembly comprises a plurality of turbulent flow blades distributed in the circumferential direction, the two ends of each turbulent flow blade are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the outer ring body and the outer side surface of the inner ring assembly respectively, and a certain included angle is formed between each turbulent flow blade and the direction of fluid in the pipeline. The turbulent flow device is propped against and fixed with the inner wall surface of the pipeline; meanwhile, the turbulent flow blades are arranged; the technical purpose of turbulent flow dispersion of washing water discharged from a pipeline is achievedby forming a certain included angle with fluid in the pipeline, so that the contact area of the washing water and seawater is increased, the dilution speed of the washing water is increased, d the problems that the local acid value of the seawater is too large due to concentrated discharge of the washing water, and the marine environment is affected are solved. And in addition, the interference onthe ship propeller is also effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种管道内扰流装置,其包括外环组件、内环组件以及固定设置于所述外环组件和内环组件之间的扰流组件;所述外环组件包括至少两个外环本体;所述扰流组件包括若干沿周向分布的扰流叶片,所述扰流叶片两端分别与所述外环本体的内侧表面以及所述内环组件的外侧表面固定连接,且与所述管道内流体方向形成一定夹角。所述管道内扰流装置与管道内壁面抵接固定,同时设置了扰流叶片,利用其与管道内流体形成一定的夹角,实现对管道内排放的洗涤水进行扰流分散的技术目的,增大了洗涤水与海水的接触面积,加快了其稀释速度,避免了由于洗涤水排放集中导致海水局部酸值过大,影响海洋环境的问题;另外还有效减少了其对船舶螺旋桨的干扰。
