The invention provides a vehicular turbulent flow device arranged on a vehicle body. The vehicular turbulent flow device comprises a spoiler body, a connecting mechanism, a speed sensing unit, a driving device and a controller, wherein the spoiler body is movably arranged at a predetermined position on the vehicle body, the connecting mechanism is connected between the spoiler body and the vehicle body and used for changing the height and the horizontal angle of the spoiler body, the speed sensing unit is used for detecting the vehicle speed to generate speed signals, the driving device is connected to the connecting mechanism and used for driving the connecting mechanism, and the controller is electrically connected to the speed sensing unit and the connecting mechanism and used for receiving speed signals and controlling the driving device to drive the connecting mechanism, so that the height and the horizontal angle of the spoiler body change according to different vehicle speeds.
