The invention discloses a two-side radian calibrator for a smart pantograph carbon contact strip. The two-side radian calibrator for the smart pantograph carbon contact strip comprises a base, whereina mounting base which is vertically arranged is fixed to the middle part of the top surface of the base; a lower clamping plate which is horizontally arranged is fixedly arranged on the top end of the mounting base; rectangular stable cavities are transversely formed in the two sides of the middle part of the interior of the mounting base; a stable component is arranged in each tensile force cavity; T-shaped guide rails which are transversely arranged are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the base of the two sides of the mounting base; a rectangular sliding block is movably clamped on each T-shaped guide rail; an upward pressing block which is horizontally arranged is fixedly arranged at the bottom of a telescoping end of the air cylinder; circular installing cavities are transversely formed in the two sides of the middle part of the interior of the upward pressing block; and a calibration component is fixedly arranged in each installing cavity. The two-side radian calibrator issimple to operate, facilitates the reduction of the error rate during the radian calibration of the carbon contact strip through an external arc calibration block and an internal arc calibration block, and solves the problem of large radian calibration error of the existing carbon contact strip.

    本发明公开了用于智能受电弓碳滑板的两侧弧度校准器,包括底座,在底座的顶面中部固定有竖向设置的安装座,在安装座的顶端固定安装有水平设置的下夹板;在安装座内的中部两侧均横向开设有矩形的稳定空腔,在每个拉力空腔内均安装有稳定组件;安装座两侧的底座顶面上均固定安装有横向设置的T型导轨,在每个T型导轨上均活动卡设有矩形的滑动块;在气缸的伸缩端底部固定安装有水平设置的上压块,上压块内的中部两侧均横向开设有圆形状的安装空腔,每个安装空腔内均固定安装有校准组件;本发明操作简单,通过外弧校准块和内弧校准块,便于降低碳滑板弧度校准时的误差率,解决了现有碳滑板弧度校准误差较大的问题。
