The invention discloses a bracket flanging machine for a smart pantograph carbon contact strip and a using method thereof. The bracket flanging machine comprises a baseplate, wherein a lifting mechanism is arranged at the middle of the top surface of the baseplate; sliding mechanisms are arranged in rectangular elongated slots; a pair of vertical and upward vertical plates are arranged on the front end surface and rear end surface of the middle part of the baseplate; the top ends of the two vertical plates are respectively and fixedly connected to the front end surface and rear end surface ofa top plate; the top plate is movably connected to a downward pressing sliding plate through a downward pressing mechanism; the interior of an opening of each U-shaped plate is articulated with a bending pressing wheel through a wheel axle; the middles of two downward pressing connecting plates are movably connected through a regulating mechanism; idler wheel supports are arranged at the four corners of the bottom surface of the baseplate; and the interiors of openings of the idler wheel supports are articulated with idler wheels through wheel axles. The invention also discloses a using methodof the bracket flanging machine for the smart pantograph carbon contact strip. The bracket flanging machine can automatically bend a carbon contact strip bracket, has high degree of automation and wide range of application, improves the bending production efficiency, saves the manual work, and can bend carbon contact strips having different widths; and flanged products have good consistency.

    本发明公开了用于智能受电弓碳滑板的托架折边机,包括底板,底板顶面中部设有升降机构,矩形长槽内均设有滑动机构,底板中部前后端面设有一对竖直向上的竖板,两块竖板顶端分别与顶板前后端面固接,顶板通过下压机构与下压滑板活动连接;每块U形板的开口内均通过轮轴与折弯压轮铰接,两块下压连板中间通过调节机构活动连接;底板底面四个拐角均设有滚轮支架,滚轮支架的开口内均通过轮轴与滚轮铰接。本发明还公开了用于智能受电弓碳滑板的托架折边机的使用方法;本发明可对碳滑板托架进行自动弯折处理,自动化程度高,提高弯折生产效率,节约人工;可以对具有不同宽度的碳滑板进行弯折处理,适用范围广,且折边处理后的产品一致性好。
