The invention provides a vehicle speed control method and system of an automatic driving vehicle and the vehicle. The vehicle speed control method of the automatic driving vehicle comprises the stepsof acquiring driving scene information, driving environment information and road condition information; determining a maximum speed set, wherein the maximum speed set includes a maximum speed corresponding to the driving scene information, a maximum speed corresponding to the driving environment information, and a maximum speed corresponding to the road condition information; and obtaining the minimum vehicle speed in the maximum speed set, determining the final vehicle speed according to the minimum vehicle speed and influence factors of the minimum vehicle speed, and controlling the vehicleaccording to the final vehicle speed. According to the method, the influence of the vehicle speed on the driving safety during driving under different driving scenes, driving environments and road conditions is comprehensively considered, violation or collision, vehicle slipping and other accidents caused by the too high driving speed of the automatic driving vehicle are avoided, and the driving safety of the automatic driving vehicle, the safety of the driver and the riding comfort are guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种自动驾驶车辆的车速控制方法、系统及车辆。其中,自动驾驶车辆的车速控制方法,包括:获取驾驶场景信息、行驶环境信息和道路条件信息;确定最高速度集合,其中,最高速度集合包括对应于驾驶场景信息的最高速度、对应于行驶环境信息的最高速度和对应于道路条件信息的最高速度;获取最高速度集合中的最小车速,并根据最小车速和最小车速的影响因素确定最终车速,并根据最终车速对车辆进行控制。本发明的方法,综合考虑不同驾驶场景、行驶环境和道路条件下行驶时车速对行驶安全的影响,避免自动驾驶车辆由于行驶速度过高而出现违章或发生碰撞、车辆打滑等事故,保障自动驾驶车辆行车安全及驾驶员安全及乘坐舒适性。
