The invention provides a hydraulic module of an electromechanical coupling system. According to the hydraulic module of the electromechanical coupling system, control over oil pressure in a hydraulicloop can be achieved by adjusting the opening degree of a variable flow electromagnetic valve, the hydraulic module with stable and reliable oil pressure can be established in the electromechanical coupling system, and on the basis, by controlling the opening and closing state of the variable pressure electromagnetic valve and adjusting the opening degree of the variable pressure electromagnetic valve, the oil supply amount of a clutch can be controlled, the clutch can be effectively separated and connected, and therefore the function of flexible switching between a pure electric mode and a hybrid mode of a vehicle can be achieved. Therefore, the hydraulic module can ensure that an engine and a driving motor work in the optimal state all the time, and the use efficiency of energy is greatly improved. The invention further provides a control method of the hydraulic module of the electromechanical coupling system, a stable KPI closed-loop constant-current control mode is formed by addinga flutter signal and eliminating a hysteresis area, and the precision problem caused by a hysteresis effect of the electromagnetic valve is effectively solved.

    本发明提供了一种机电耦合系统的液压模块,通过调节可变流量电磁阀的开度,可实现对液压回路内油压的控制,机电耦合系统中由此可建立起油压稳定且可靠的液压模块,在此基础上,再通过控制可变压力电磁阀的启闭状态以及调节其开度,可实现对离合器供油量的控制,使得离合器可有效地分离和接合,车辆由此可实现在纯电模式和混动模式之间灵活切换的功能。从而,该液压模块能够确保发动机和驱动电机始终工作在最佳状态,极大地提高了能源的使用效率。本发明还提供了一种上述机电耦合系统的液压模块的控制方法,该方法通过加入颤震信号,消除磁滞区,形成了稳定的KPI闭环恒流控制模式,有效地解决了电磁阀因迟滞效应而带来的精度问题。
