The invention relates to galvanized steel pipe manufacturing equipment which comprises a hoisting plate, an adjusting supporting plate, an adjusting mechanism, a shaking mechanism, a locking connecting plate, telescopic plates, a locking mechanism, a telescopic slide column and a stop block. The adjusting supporting plate is mounted on the bottom of the hoisting plate, a square groove is formed inthe right end of the adjusting supporting plate, a dovetailed groove is formed in the middle of the adjusting supporting plate, the shaking mechanism is mounted on the bottom of the front end of theadjusting supporting plate, the locking connecting plate is mounted on the lower end surface of the adjusting supporting plate through a hinge, the adjusting mechanism is mounted between the adjustingsupporting plate and the locking connecting plate, and the telescopic plates are uniformly distributed below the locking connecting plate from front to back. The galvanized steel pipe manufacturing equipment can solve the problems that it is complex to adjust the inclination angle of a steel pipe and it is unable to adjust the steel pipe to a proper angle; a certain potential safety hazard existswhen residual liquid zinc of the galvanized steel pipe is eliminated manually and it is relatively poor in effect of cleaning the steel pipe manually when the steel pipe is galvanized.

    本发明涉及一种镀锌钢管制造设备,包括吊装板、调节支板、调节机构、抖动机构、锁定连板、伸缩板、锁定机构、伸缩滑柱和阻挡块;所述的吊装板的底部上安装有调节支板,调节支板的右端上设置有方槽,调节支板的中部设置有燕尾槽,调节支板的前端底部上安装有抖动机构,调节支板的中部下端面上通过铰链安装有锁定连板,调节机构安装在调节支板与锁定连板之间,锁定连板的下方从前往后均匀分布有伸缩板。本发明可以解决现有对钢管进行镀锌操作时存在的:钢管进行倾角调节操作复杂,且无法自由将钢管调节到合适的角度;人工对镀锌后的钢管进行多余锌液的清除动作时存在一定的安全隐患,且人工对钢管清理的效果较差等问题。
