The invention discloses a hoisting locating device and method of a prefabricated stand column. The hoisting locating device of the prefabricated stand column comprises an actuator unit and a control unit. The actuator unit is used for being connected to the prefabricated stand column and is electrically connected to the control unit. The control unit controls the actuator unit to move in the direction close to or away from the prefabricated stand column. The control unit recognizes an input signal, and feeds back a signal to the actuator unit to control the actuator unit to act as required, and then the prefabricated stand column is located. The actuator unit converts various forms of energy into mechanical energy according to the instructions of the control unit so as to push the prefabricated stand column to move, and then the prefabricated stand column is located. By the adoption of the electromechanical integration type hoisting locating device of the prefabricated stand column, automatic locating of the prefabricated stand column can be achieved, and the hoisting locating device of the prefabricated stand column has the advantages of being high in installation and positioningefficiency, high in locating accuracy, good in dynamic locating stability and capable of being conveniently transferred for operation and the like.

    本发明公开了一种预制立柱吊装定位装置及预制立柱的吊装定位方法,预制立柱吊装定位装置包括执行器单元和控制单元,执行器单元用于连接于预制立柱,执行器单元电连接于控制单元,控制单元控制执行器单元沿靠近或远离预制立柱的方向移动。控制单元对输入信号进行识别,并反馈信号至执行器单元以控制执行器单元按要求动作,进而实现对预制立柱进行定位。执行器单元根据控制单元的指令将各种形式的能量转化成机械能,以推动预制立柱移动,进而对预制立柱进行定位。采用这种机电一体化的预制立柱吊装定位装置,可实现对预制立柱进行自动化的定位,具有安装定位效率高、定位精度高、动态定位稳定性好、而且便于转场作业等的优点。
