The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment, and particularly discloses a cantilever shaft deformation control device. The device comprises a boss, a bolt and a nut; a throughhole for a cantilever shaft to penetrate through is formed in a cantilever shaft mounting table, and the boss is fixedly arranged on the edge of the through hole; the boss is provided with a throughhole for the bolt to penetrate through; the bolt penetrates through the boss and is connected with a cantilever shaft, and the nut end is located on the outer side of the through hole of the boss; andthe nut is arranged on the bolt in a sleeving mode, and the nut and the head of the bolt are located on the same side of the boss. The deformation degree of the cantilever shaft in a tensioning device is controlled through adjusting the bolt, so under the condition that the cantilever shaft is limited in space and structure and has to be used, the deformation amount of the cantilever shaft can beeffectively reduced, and the actual use performance of the tensioning device is improved; and the tensioning device can adapt to the position-adjusted cantilever shaft through adjusting the bolt, sothe cantilever shaft deformation control device is convenient to use and reliable.
