The invention relates to a bearing shaft, a guide shaft, a pin shaft, a cantilever crane and an assembly method thereof and a crane. The bearing shaft has a cylindrical bearing shaft body (1); and a releasable first locking mechanism is arranged on at least one end surface of the bearing shaft body. The guide shaft comprises a guide shaft body (2) having a positive conical surface or a positive frustum surface; and a releasable second locking mechanism is arranged on the bottom surface of the guide shaft body. The pin shaft (5) comprises the bearing shaft and the guide shaft; the bearing shaft and the guide shaft are releasably joined through the fit between the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism; and the pin shaft further comprises a through hole (6) penetrating through the bearing shaft body in a radial direction. The pin shaft is reduced in manufacturing cost while being lowered in weight.
