The invention relates to the field of automobile seats, and provides an anti-pinch control circuit and method for an automobile memory seat. The anti-pinch control circuit comprises a micro-control unit, a motor drive unit, a sampling resistor, an amplification circuit, and a voltage comparison circuit. The output end of the micro-control unit is connected with the motor driving unit, a first signal acquisition port of the micro-control unit is connected with the output end of the amplification circuit, and a second signal acquisition port of the micro-control unit is connected with the outputend of the voltage comparison circuit; one end of the sampling resistor is connected with the motor driving unit, and the other end is grounded; and the two ends of the sampling resistor are connected in parallel and then are connected with the input end of the amplification circuit and the input end of the voltage comparison circuit. According to the anti-pinch control circuit and method for theautomobile memory seat, ripple waves and currents of the seat motor are detected, so that the memory and locked-rotor prevention functions of the seat are achieved, and the purpose of reducing cost is achieved.
