The invention relates to a rotor magnet yoke lamination positioning pin lifting device and a lifting method thereof. The device comprises a hydraulic pressurizing device, a positioning lifting rod, afixing nut and an annular hydraulic cylinder. An annular cylinder barrel is arranged in the annular hydraulic cylinder, a piston barrel is arranged in the annular cylinder barrel, a bottom end of thepositioning lifting rod is provided with a connecting stud used for being connected with a magnet yoke lamination positioning pin, and a top end is provided with a threaded section. The operation control is carried out through hydraulic oil cylinder driving, the lifting force meets lifting requirements, the tension is uniform, stable and controllable, the lifting height can be measured and controlled in real time, the center of the lifting device basically coincides with the center of the magnet yoke lamination positioning pin, the magnet yoke lamination positioning pin is stressed verticallyin the lifting process, no component force in the horizontal direction exists, shearing force is not generated, bolt shearing is not likely to happen, the operation is safe and reliable, and the construction safety risk is low.

    本发明涉及一种转子磁轭叠片定位销提升装置及其提升方法,它包括液压加压装置、定位提升杆、固定螺母和环形液压缸,环形液压缸内设有环形缸筒,环形缸筒内设有活塞筒,定位提升杆底端设有用于连接磁轭叠片定位销的连接螺柱、顶端设有螺纹段。本发明采用液压油缸驱动进行操作控制,提升力满足提升要求,拉力均匀、稳定且可控,提升高度可实时测量控制,提升装置中心与磁轭叠片定位销中心基本重合,实现磁轭叠片定位销提升过程中受力为垂直受力,没有水平方向分力、不产生剪切力,不易发生螺栓剪断的情况,操作安全可靠、施工安全风险低。
