The invention discloses a carrying hoisting process for cruise ship superstructure blocks. The hoisting process is characterized by comprising the following steps that firstly, block segments are placed on a construction site in a squatted mode, N middle lower-arranged upright post hoisting points are determined on a deck surface and marked, and hangers with corresponding tonnages are arranged according to related design requirements; then, N hoisting points with the same number are marked on the positions, where lining walls in the corresponding areas of the left edge and the right edge are located, of deck surfaces, and hangers matched with the requirements are arranged; and finally, an upper trolley and a lower trolley of a gantry crane are stringed on rigging, the hoisting points are connected in series two by two by steel wire ropes through clamping positions of the rigging, the length of the steel wire ropes is kept consistent, and after all preparations are finished, the gantrycrane is started to hoist the blocks to a designated position. According to the invention, one-time hoisting on the multiple of segments and the multiple layers of blocks can be realized; and according to the hoisting process, the hoisting points are symmetrical left and right, the stress on the two sides counteracts to achieve the balance, and the purpose of deformation control is achieved.
一种邮轮上建总段搭载吊装工艺,该吊装工艺特征步骤如下:首先,将总组分段蹲放在施工场地上,在甲板面确定中间N个下设立柱的吊点,并做好标记,根据相关设计要求安装对应吨位的吊码;然后,在左右边缘2侧对应区域的围壁板处的甲板面标记相同数量的N个吊点,并安装与要求相匹配的吊码;最后,将龙门吊上下小车串上索具,将钢丝绳通过索具的卡位将吊点两两串联起来,并保持钢丝绳长度一致;一切准备完毕后,龙门吊启动将总段吊运到指定位置。本发明可以做到多个分段,多层总段一次性吊装。本发明吊装工艺吊点左右对称,两侧受力相互抵消达到一种平衡,实现控制变形的目的。
