The contra-rotating vertical take-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a body support and a contra-rotating structure. The contra-rotating structure is coaxially installed in the body support, wherein the body bracket comprises a shell bracket, a first fixing frame, a second fixing frame, a motor bracket and a damping bracket; the shell support comprises a circular-ring-shaped body, a rectifying plate and a rectifying cone. The contra-rotating structure comprises a first rotor, a first connecting shaft disc, two first bevel gears, two second bevel gears, three pressure ball bearings, a second connecting shaft disc, a second rotor, a third connecting shaft disc and a direct-current motor. Firstly, the double rotors rotate oppositely to generate offset rotating torque, and stable operation of the unmanned aerial vehicle is kept; the outer wall face formed by the shell and the fixing frames and the surfaces of blades of the rotors jointly form a relatively-closed air flow channel, the problems that an open type rotor wing is low in propelling efficiency and safety are solved, and the contra-rotating vertical take-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicle has the advantages of being easy to install, low in energyconsumption, high in safety and the like.
