The invention provides a dual-control-cabinet redundancy intelligent control system and method. The system comprises a first control cabinet, a second control cabinet, a data intelligent conversion module, a feeder box, a traveling cable, a hoistway cable, a main machine, a rotary encoder and a user power supply. The first control cabinet and the second control cabinet each comprises a main control system, a driving system, a power supply system, a contactor loop, a star-sealing loop, a power cable incoming terminal, a plug-in terminal, a CAN bus and switching signal control terminal, a star-sealing line terminal, and a power and cable outgoing control terminal, wherein the main control system is connected with the driving system, the power supply system and the contactor loop; and the driving system is connected with the power supply system and the star sealing loop. Working state data of the first control cabinet and the second control cabinet are acquired by utilizing an intelligentdata switching board. When the intelligent data switching board finds that the first control cabinet works normally, the first control cabinet can continue work, otherwise, the second control cabinetis enabled to work normally. The working stability and reliability of the whole system can be enhanced.

    本发明提出了双控制柜冗余智能控制系统及方法,该系统包括第一控制柜、第二控制柜、数据智能转换模块、分线箱、随行电缆、井道电缆、主机、旋转编码器、用户动力电源,第一控制柜、第二控制柜均包括主控制系统、驱动系统、电源系统、接触器回路、封星回路、动力进线端、插件端、CAN总线及控制切换信号端、封星线路端、动力及控制出线端,主控制系统连接于驱动系统、电源系统、接触器回路,驱动系统连接于电源系统、封星回路;本发明利用数据智能切换板获取第一控制柜、第二控制柜工作状态数据,当数据智能切换板获知第一控制柜工作正常,则让第一控制柜正常运行,反之,则让第二控制柜正常运行。本发明可以提高整个系统的工作稳定性和可靠性。
