The invention relates to a submarine pipeline detection system based on ROV, and a working method thereof. The system comprises a shore display and control platform, an underwater communication systemand an optical fiber communication module; the underwater communication system comprises an ROV vehicle, an underwater digital optical transceiver, video recording equipment and imaging sonar equipment, wherein the underwater digital optical transceiver, the video recording device and the imaging sonar device are carried on the ROV vehicle; the ROV vehicle cruises underwater according to a presetcruising trajectory under the control of the ashore display and control platform, and controls the states of the video recording equipment and the imaging sonar equipment; the video recording equipment collects video data in the cruising process and sends the video data to the underwater digital optical transmitter and receiver; the imaging sonar equipment performs sonar detection on the aircraftin the cruising process, and detection data is sent to the underwater digital optical transceiver; and the underwater digital optical transceiver converts the received signals and transmits the signals to the shore display and control platform, and the shore display and control platform displays and processes the received data. The detection system and the working method thereof can be widely applied to the field of pipeline detection.
本发明涉及一种基于ROV的海底管道检测系统及其工作方法,其包括岸上显控平台、水下通信系统和光纤通信模块;水下通信系统包括ROV航行器和搭载在ROV航行器上的水下数字光端机、视录设备和成像声呐设备;ROV航行器在岸上显控平台的控制下,在水下按照预设巡航弹道进行巡航,同时对视录设备和成像声呐设备的状态进行控制;视录设备对巡航过程中的视频数据进行采集,并发送到水下数字光端机;成像声呐设备对航行器巡航过程中进行声呐探测,探测数据发送到水下数字光端机;水下数字光端机对接收到的信号进行转换后,传输至岸上显控平台,由岸上显控平台对接收到的数据进行显示处理。本发明可以广泛应用于管道检测领域。
