The invention discloses a braking vacuum boosting system of a hybrid vehicle and a control method of the braking vacuum boosting system. The system is composed of a braking vacuum boosting assembly, an engine and a power assembly, wherein the braking vacuum boosting assembly comprises a braking vacuum booster and an electric vacuum pump which are connected through a pipeline, the power assembly isin transmission connection with the engine, and an air inlet manifold in the engine is connected with the braking vacuum booster and the electric vacuum pump through a three-way electromagnetic valve. The system is advantaged in that the conventional braking assistance requirement in the vehicle driving process can be met, and the braking vacuum assistance can be immediately established under thecondition that the braking vacuum assistance system breaks down or continuous braking occurs, so braking safety is greatly improved, and braking performance of the vehicle is ensured.
本发明揭示了一种混合动力车辆制动真空助力系统及其控制方法,系统由制动真空助力组件、发动机以及动力组件三部分组成,制动真空助力组件包括制动真空助力器及电动真空泵、二者之间管路连接,动力组件与发动机传动连接,发动机内部地进气歧管通过一个三通电磁阀分别与制动真空助力器及电动真空泵管路连接。本发明既能够满足车辆行驶过程中常规的制动助力需求,又能够在制动真空助力系统出现故障或连续制动的情况下立即建立制动真空助力,从而极大地提升制动安全性、保证车辆的制动性能。
