The invention relates to a full-hydraulic four-wheel drive walking control system for a farmland operation machine. Two oil feeding and discharging openings of a brake electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with two connecting pipelines for connecting a servo control valve and a variable pump servo control cylinder through pipelines; a normally-closed switch is installed at the positioncorresponding to a switch pressing plate on a gear selecting fork shaft of a high-speed gear main gearbox of the operation machine, and when the switch pressing plate is located at a pressing-down high-speed gear, the normally-closed switch is in an off state; the normally-closed switch and a four-wheel drive start button are connected in series and then are connected with two intermediate relaysin series respectively and then are connected with a power supply in series to form a four-wheel drive trigger control loop; a normally-open contact of the first intermediate relay, an electromagneticvalve coil for switching and the power supply are sequentially connected in series to form a four-wheel drive starting control loop; a normally-closed contact of the second intermediate relay, a brake switch, the brake electromagnetic valve coil and the power supply are sequentially connected in series to form a brake non-stop pump control loop; and the three control loop power shares the power supply. The system prevents the variable pump from being not cut off when four-wheel drive walking is started during high-speed road walking and a brake is stepped on.

    本发明涉及一种用于农田作业机的全液压四轮驱动行走控制系统,特点为;刹车电磁阀的两进出油口分别通过管路与连接伺服控制阀与变量泵伺服控制缸的两个连接管路相连;常闭开关安装在与作业机的高速档主变速箱选档叉轴上的开关压板对应位置,在开关压板处于压下高速档位,使常闭开关呈断开状;常闭开关、四驱启动按钮串接后分别与两中间继电器串接后再与电源串接形成四驱触发控制回路;第一中间继电器常开触点、切换用电磁阀线圈及电源依次串联形成四驱启动控制回路;第二中间继电器常闭触点、刹车开关、刹车电磁阀线圈及电源依次串联形成刹车不断泵控制回路;三个控制回路电源共用。本系统避免了在道路高速行走时开启四驱行走及踩刹车时变量泵不切断。
