The invention provides a walking mechanism of a four-wheel drive heading machine and the four-wheel drive heading machine. The walking mechanism comprises four drive assemblies. Each driving assemblycomprises a driving device, tensioning devices and a buffering device. The driving device comprises a driving wheel and a tensioning bracket, and a crawler belt of the heading machine is wound on thedriving wheel; the tensioning devices are connected with the tensioning bracket, and the tensioning bracket can be driven by the tensioning devices to move in the front-back direction so as to adjustthe tensioning degree of the crawler belt. The walking mechanism is powered by the four driving devices, and compared with two-wheel driving, the walking mechanism has larger advancing power, so thatthe climbing capacity of the heading machine with the walking mechanism is enhanced, and the heading machine with the walking mechanism can work on a larger slope. And the tensioning devices are arranged in the front side direction and the rear side direction of the crawler belt, the situation of uneven tensioning force of the crawler belt can be improved, and the stability and reliability of thewalking mechanism are improved. And meanwhile, by arranging the buffering device, the impact can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the driving wheel and the tensioning device is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种四轮驱动掘进机的行走机构和四轮驱动掘进机,行走机构包括四个驱动组件;驱动组件包括驱动装置、涨紧装置及缓冲装置;驱动装置包括驱动轮和涨紧托架,掘进机的履带绕设于驱动轮上;涨紧装置与涨紧托架相连接,涨紧托架能够在涨紧装置的驱动下沿前后方向运动,以调节履带的涨紧度。该行走机构由四个驱动装置提供动力,相比于两轮驱动具有更大的前进动力,从而增强了具有该行走机构的掘进机的爬坡能力,使之更够在较大坡度上工作。且履带的前后两侧方向上均设有涨紧装置,能够改善履带张紧力不均的情况,提高行走机构的稳定性和可靠性。同时通过设置缓冲装置,能够有效减少冲击,增加驱动轮及涨紧装置的使用寿命。
