The invention belongs to the technical field of special equipment repair, and relates to a repair method for an operation gnawing rail of a bridge crane cart. The repair method comprises the followingsteps: a first step of determining a gnawing rail wheel; a second step: 2.1 of allowing an overhead crane driver to start crane cart operation while a distance between the inner side surface of a wheel edge of the rail-gnawed wheel and the side surface of the rail is 8-12 millimeters; 2.2 of stopping the crane by the overhead crane driver, making another mark by a chalk on the rail while the inner side surface of the wheel edge is in contact with the side surface of the rail; a third step of jacking an end beam through a lifting jack, enabling the tread of the rail-gnawed wheel to separate from the rail, and enabling the wheel to horizontally tilt rightwards while an included angle between a center line of a wheel rolling surface and a center line of the rail is alpha in the horizontal direction, wherein the wheel and the rail horizontally tilt by an angle sigma =R*alpha. The invention provides a method for measuring a horizontal tilting angle of a large wheel. The repair method is lower in repair cost, does not need a large truck crane, and does not need a large car for transportation. The repair time is short.
