The panoramic camera shooting unmanned aerialvehicle comprises a vehicle body of a hollow structure, a plurality of cameras, a stabilizer and a main power device. The main power device can be configured in a mode of a first rotor system and a first rotating mechanism, and the first rotating mechanism controls the first rotor system to rotate so as to generate thrust enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly. The main power device can alsobe configured in a mode of a second rotor wing system, the second rotor wing system comprises a rotor wing and a paddle disc inclination mechanism, and the paddle disc inclination mechanism can control a paddle disc of the rotor wing to rotate relative to the fuselage so as to generate thrust enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly. The first rotor wing system or the second rotor wing systemis arranged in the fuselage. The stabilizer can output torque enabling the vehicle body to rotate and/or thrust enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to horizontally move. The panoramic camera shootingunmanned aerial vehicle can shoot 720-degree panoramic images, the attitude of the vehicle body can be kept within the preset range in the flying process, and the stability of the shot panoramic images is guaranteed.
