The invention provides a tunnel output muck transfer station located on a steep slope and a transfer method. Multiple stages of channels which are sequentially reduced from top to bottom are erected on a slope body, a stage-by-stage lifting manner of a lifting platform is used for transferring tunnel construction muck on the steep slope to the under mountain, an existing road on the under mountainis used for transferring the muck to a spoil area, compared with muck conveying during panshan mountain shortcut building, construction input can be greatly saved, the damage degree of the mountain is small, and the construction safety and the construction efficiency can be improved.
