The invention discloses an anti-lock braking system for a heavy commercial vehicle, which comprises an information sensing unit, an electronic control unit and an executing mechanism, wherein the information sensing unit is used for sensing and measuring the rotating speed of a wheel; the electronic control unit has an operation function, receives a signal of the information sensing unit, outputsparameters of the wheel rotating speed, the slip rate and the acceleration and deceleration of the wheel, and sends a control instruction to the brake pressure; and the executing mechanism is used forreceiving the control instruction and controlling the braking torque of the vehicle in real time. The anti-lock braking system has the beneficial effects that the controller can automatically selectthe optimal slip rate for pavements with different characteristics through employing a pavement recognition technology; the advantage of high fuzzy control response speed and the advantage of good PIDcontrol stability are combined, the controller utilizing the fuzzy control algorithm can adjust the wheel angular speed of the automobile in real time according to the change of the motion state of the automobile, and it is guaranteed that the automobile works at the optimal slip rate as much as possible.

    本发明公开了一种重型商用车的防抱死制动系统,包括信息感知单元,用于感知测量车轮的转速;电子控制单元,所述电子控制单元具有运算功能,接收所述信息感知单元的信号,输出车轮转速、滑动率和车轮的加减速度的参数,并对制动压力发出控制指令;执行机构,接收所述控制指令并实时控制车辆的制动力矩。本发明的有益效果:针对不同特性的路面,运用路面识别技术,控制器能够自动选择最佳滑移率;结合模糊控制响应速度快的优点和PID控制稳定性好的优点,利用模糊控制算法的控制器能够根据汽车运动状态的变化实时调整汽车的车轮角速度,保证汽车尽量工作在最佳滑移率。
