The invention discloses an anti-lock brake system and a vehicle. The anti-lock brake system comprises a brake pump, a first brake part, a pressure reducing valve and a pipeline. The brake pump is used for providing brake oil. The first brake part comprises a brake wheel cylinder and a disc brake which are connected with each other. One end of the first sub-pipeline is connected with the brake pump, the other end of the first sub-pipeline is connected with the second sub-pipeline and the third sub-pipeline, the second sub-pipeline is connected with the first sub-pipeline and the brake wheel cylinder, and the third sub-pipeline is connected with the first sub-pipeline and the pressure reducing valve. In the first state, the anti-lock brake system conducts conventional braking, the brake pump works, the pressure reducing valve is closed, and brake oil flows into the brake wheel cylinder so that the brake wheel cylinder can push the disc brake to conduct braking; in the second state, the anti-lock brake system conducts emergency braking, the brake pump works, the pressure reducing valve is opened, part of brake oil flows out of the pressure reducing valve, and the force of the brake wheel cylinder for pushing the disc brake is reduced. According to the invention, rapid braking can be realized, the risk of wheel locking can be reduced, and the safety is improved.
