The invention discloses an anti-saturation current regulator and method for a vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor. The anti-saturation current regulator comprises a d-axis current regulator anda q-axis current regulator, the output ends of the d-axis current regulator and the q-axis current regulator are respectively connected with an overmodulation device, an anti-saturation device and asaturation judgment device, and the output end of the overmodulation device is connected with an output voltage reconstruction device. The method comprises the steps of calculating output instructionsof the d-axis current regulator and the q-axis current regulator, calculating an output voltage amplitude |Vs_ref|, comparing the |Vs_ref| with Vs_lmt, correcting the amplitude and the phase of the voltage instruction, and reconstructing an actual d-axis voltage Vd_real and an actual q-axis voltage Vq_real according to the correction voltage. According to the technical scheme, by introducing a new anti-saturation algorithm and reasonably designed control parameters, the motor control system is ensured to have a high bus voltage utilization rate, the stability and the dynamic response of current control of high-speed weak magnetic area operation of the motor system are improved, the current regulator is prevented from losing the regulation capability due to saturation, and important safetyaccidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种车用永磁同步电机的抗饱和电流调节器及方法,包括d轴电流调节器和q轴电流调节器,d轴电流调节器和q轴电流调节器的输出端分别与过调制装置、抗饱和装置、饱和判断装置相连,所述过调制装置输出端与输出电压重构装置相连。方法包括:计算d轴和q轴电流调节器的输出指令;计算输出电压幅值|V|;将|V|与V比较;修正电压指令的幅值和相位;根据修正电压重构出实际的d轴电压V和q轴电压V。该技术方案通过引入新的抗饱和算法和设计合理的控制参数,保证电机控制系统有较高的母线电压利用率,提升电机系统高速弱磁区运行的电流控制的稳定性和动态响应,防止电流调节器因饱和而失去调节能力,避免造成重要安全事故。
