The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle engine preheating system. A liquid coolant water outlet of an engine is connected with an engine radiator through a first pipeline, and a liquid coolant water inlet of the engine is connected with the engine radiator through a second pipeline. A water inlet of a motor cooler is connected with an electric drive radiator through a third pipeline. A water outlet of the motor cooler is connected with the electric drive radiator through a fourth pipeline. The first pipeline and the third pipeline communicate with each other, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged at the communication portion. The second pipeline and the fourth pipeline communicate with each other, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged at the communication portion. Accordingto the system, a motor liquid coolant is used for heating the engine, so that the engine can normally operate when the engine is started at a low temperature, and unnecessary abrasion and energy losses caused by extremely low temperature are avoided; and in addition, the low-temperature engine is used for reducing the temperature of the motor liquid coolant, so that the environment is protected,reliability is achieved, and energy is saved.
本发明揭示了一种混合动力汽车发动机预热系统,发动机的冷却液出水口通过第一管路与发动机散热器连接,所述发动机的冷却液进水口通过第二管路与发动机散热器连接;电机冷却器的进水口通过第三管路与电驱散热器连接,所述电机油冷器的出水口通过第四管路与电驱散热器连接,所述第一管路和第三管路连通且连通处设有电磁阀,所述第二管路和第四管路连通且连通处设有电磁阀。本发明使用电机冷却液给发动机加热,使发动机在低温启动时可以正常运转,避免了因为温度过低造成的不必要的磨损与能量损失;此外使用低温发动机降低点击冷却液温度,环保可靠又节省能量。
