The invention discloses an off-line preheating control method for a battery of an electric vehicle, which relates to the technical field of vehicles; the method comprises the following steps of: calculating a current time difference value delta t in real time according to the starting time of a battery preheating function preset by a user, and sending the delta t to a vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter before entering a dormant state; no matter whether the battery management system is in an off-line state or a dormant state, awakening the vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter automatically, controlling and activating a vehicle-mounted monitoring system, a vehicle control system and a battery management system when the preset preheating starting time is reached; enabling the vehicle control system to issue a preheating instruction according to the battery state, the battery management system to receive the preheating instruction to start the heating loop for preheating, the vehicle control system to monitor the temperature rise rate of the preheating process in real time and predict the preheating completion time, and informing a user of the optimal vehicle using time point through a vehicle-mounted monitoring screen or a remote monitoring platform or an APP or other modes. The battery can be kept at the optimal charging and discharging performance point in the vehicle running process, and the vehicle using experience of a user and the endurance mileage of the vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池离线预热控制方法,涉及汽车技术领域,根据用户预设的电池预热功能的开启时间,实时计算与当前时间差值∆t,并在进入休眠状态前将∆t发送至车载DC/DC转换器上,无论电池管理系统处于离线状态还是休眠状态,到达预设的预热开启时间,车载DC/DC转换器自动唤醒控制激活车载监控系统、车辆控制系统和电池管理系统。车辆控制系统根据电池状态下发预热指令,电池管理系统收到预热指令启动加热回路进行预热,车辆控制系统实时监测预热过程的温升速率,预测预热完成时间,通过车载监控屏、远程监控平台或APP等方式通知用户最佳用车时间点,使车辆运行过程电池能保持在最佳充放电性能点,提升用户用车体验及车辆的续航里程。
